At Silvergrove we believe that every Resident should have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities by their own choice or preference, both within and outside of the Nursing Home environment.

 

We are also conscious that certain Resident’s, by choice, may not wish to participate in large group activities.

Therefore, we will also plan activities that appeal to Residents who wish to remain within their own bedroom environment or may be restricted to their bedroom environment occasionally, due to underlying medical conditions.

 

Guests and Families can join in with any of the activities and are welcome to make use of all the facilities. Group activities are available on a daily basis. These include activities such as sensory stimulation/music/reminiscence therapy/board games.
