At Silvergrove we understand that our purpose-built home can be a permanent home for many retired people, we also have the facility to accommodate those people who need or want to give their normal carer a well-earned break. While you enjoy a change of environment and a chance to make new friends.

At Silvergrove we know the daunting reality of returning home after an operation or illness can be a very difficult time, particularly for the older person and their carers.

Silvergrove is an ideal place to recuperate after an operation or illness. You can also access the activities we provide and are welcome to make use of all the facilities and services.

We understand that the decision to move an ageing loved one or yourself into a nursing home may be one of the most difficult decisions you will ever make and that the cost of that decision also can be a reason for worry.

We are here to help you make the decision and process as smooth as possible. There are many available resources to help you in the decision process. Grants are available such as the Fair Deal Scheme.
