This is only possible with years of experience and training in the precise needs of the Resident. We strive to promote best practice in every aspect of our service. This involves carefully choosing and training our Team. The Care Team will assess and understand the needs of the individual and formulate a shared plan of care.
All Staff are encouraged to continue their professional development. We want our employees to reach their full potential and our career pathways have been created with all our employees in mind, from care assistants and nursing staff to hospitality and catering staff. We provide for all of our Staff training on site and Staff attend study days on site throughout the year in line with the HIQA standards.
